In a press conference, Trump was asked by a reporter about the U.S. involvement in the strike on an Iranian girls’ school that killed a number of children.
The question followed recent investigations from Reuters and The Times analyzing which country was responsible.
"I was disappointed, because we think it's going to lead to just more of the same problem for the country."
Trump shares his reaction on Iran's new leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was killed in an airstrike at the start of the ongoing Middle East war.
In a press conference on the conflict in Iran, Trump says he "knew oil prices would go up."
He also noted the conflict was discussed in a phone call with Putin, who apparently told Trump he was "very impressed" with what he saw.
