I love the rumoured NPU requirement, given that there's devices being sold right now that don't meet it.

If that's true, it'd be like Microsoft seeing the backlash to the TPM requirement for Windows 11 and going "hey, what if we did this again, but worse?"

Like, cancel that shit as soon as you find out that you can't actually get the thing you've sold. Don't just sit on someone else's money like that. Fuck off with that shit.

If you run an online store, please do not sell products that you either do not have, or are unable to confirm that you will have.

Also, if someone does preorder an item from your store, do not wait for them to open a support ticket a year later to tell them that you couldn't actually get the thing.

I pretty much started out on a 93-94 MIJ Jazz Bass that I found for cheap at a Cash Converters (honestly got really lucky with that), so I kinda have a really high bar to compare everything else to. It keeps the GAS in check to an extent.

It's definitely happened before! I couldn't put down a Telecaster Bass I tried in store earlier this year lmao...

Honestly, nah. I don't wanna pay for or order an instrument sight unseen, and there's been a lot of cases where I play something and I just end up going "you know, this is pretty great, but I think I'd rather play my Jazz Bass" or whatever aha~
