This Dotterel at Ringstead gave me the run-a-round for the last two mornings as it kept disappearing behind or down into holes made by the clods of earth. Although there was a flock of Golden Plover in the same field it didn't seem to associating with any of them.
A real influx between Docking and Choseley as I was driving to Titchwell this morning too!

Thanks Nick for a brilliant talk this evening. It brought back many happy memories of seeing Blue-throated Macaw and Red-fronted Macaw in Bolivia in 2014 and trying to save them from extinction!
It was a lone observer report which we checked out straight away as he came to tell us. He saw it nearer the Wiveton end of the valley. We didnβt see it.
