Blocking on Telegram doesn't block them in groups so they would still see and be able to interact with you in groups, if they weren't somebody who was talking to you 1 on 1 they wouldn't notice
If it helps, nobody else knows what they're doing either, and most people are socially awkward to varying levels. I have magic powers to get along with pretty much anyone and see right through people a lot of the time, but I'm still just a lone wolf wandering between packs.
