Exited Exited considers the experience of those academic workers who find themselves abruptly expelled, terminated or exited from their contracts and workplaces. This is an increasingly common occurrence for academic workers with middle or senior management roles, and one that needs both exposure and discussion.

The consultation on the TEF (and other quality interventions) is out this morning. TEF becomes risky - particularly if you get a ‘bronze’. Good overview from @dkernohan.bsky.social already up if you need to arrive in the office fully briefed on what OfS are up to.
