As the blessing goes
May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand

I took max dose Gaba 12 years ago for a prolapsed disc. I was also prescribed Amlodipine & Tramadol. That combo took the pain from 10 to 5 and wreaked havoc with insulin sensitivity. I still celebrate the relief of having the disc removed and being weaned off the meds and getting back to my normal π«
Looking forward to attending this symposium
