I go for the baking tray with the washing up bowl next to it and slosh it in every minute or so... Still get water absolutely everywhere but it feels like more fun

Getting a lot of "christ you're bad" messages off non-City mates who clearly haven't watched us much - I thought the first 55 mins was one of the better performances recently! Heads went after the third which is disappointing though
