Speaking of swamp drama - this big leaf maple is the centerpiece of the wetland bowl, at one point when it was very large (like 4’ wide) it fell over, then kept growing a new leader to 80’ tall, then they logged and the top got sunburned and died and then someone cut a seat out of one of its limbs
