Nice and easy does it after racing the night before.
Eased my tired legs in to parkrun 167 at Wollaton Hall taking time to admire the views (and steer clear of the 🦌).
Back sub 21 at the Newstead Abbey Dash 5k.
Love this race, quite old school with no medals or shirts - just flat out racing!

The Canal was looking particularly nice this evening - even a gaggle of goslings!

Basically KT tape and Fantastic Elastic glue but I’ve patched XC spikes this way 👍
