🤣 Like, I was happy to see my guy was still up to nefarious hijinks, but the whole thing felt somewhat trippy. Also the anime for that Gen just felt really dull and slow paced which was another reason I disliked Gen 7. I know they were trying to shake things up, but Journeys was a lot fresher imo.
There was just so much about it I didn’t enjoy - the lack of gyms, very few Pokémon designs I liked, Ultra Beasts, etc. I was so disinterested that they even brought Giovanni back and it still wasn’t enough to make me like it 😆
That’s an interesting take, though makes me realise that actually when it comes to the weather here I use ‘grey’, despite it definitely not being warm 🤔 I guess whenever I first saw ‘gray’ being used it was in such a way that I related more to cooler tones, and that association has stuck ever since.
Gen 6 was fine imo, just a little light on post game. Gen 7 was my least favourite though, so I was very glad when Gen 8 rolled round.

I don’t understand how it’s one of the least popular gens. I really liked it, and it seemed very popular at the time? Was really hoping for a remake but I’ve accepted it’s unlikely at this point.
Weird, I always picture ‘gray’ as cool and ‘grey’ as warm (I’m British, not sure if that makes a difference?) Also I would 100% throw hands over removal of non-grammatical commas, even though I’m well aware that I use them excessively 😆
Making Lunch - Gator Days Characters Liam - Capybara - A quiet and introspective child. Ember's older brother. Ember - Capybara - A LITTLE GIRL WHO LOVES SNACKS AND YELLS EVERYTHING! LIAM'S LITTLE SISTER! Transcript Panel 1 Liam and Ember are having some lunch. Liam has made a peanut butter sandwich for himself. He prefers a simple lunch with minimal texture surprises. Ember is sitting in front of jars of peanut butter and jelly with labels claiming they are "Natural" and "Fruit Flavored". She also has a loaf of bread and is wielding a knife! Don't worry, it's one those thick butter knives for kids that's designed not to pierce or slice. Although it's still probably dangerous in Ember's capable hand. Liam: Do you want me to make you some lunch? Ember: NO! I WANNA DO IT! Panel 2 Liam turns his attention to his sandwich and takes a bite. While controversial, he prefers smooth peanut butter. The texture of crunchy is incredibly unpleasant in his mouth. He holds no ill will towards anyone else who prefers crunchy. Panel 3 Liam suddenly feels something sticky on his arm. He looks and sees that some jelly has mysteriously landed on him. Now would probably be a good time to see how Ember is doing. Panel 4 Oh no. There is peanut butter and jelly everywhere. The butter knife has been stabbed into the loaf of bread. The peanut butter jar has been knocked over. The jelly jar is no where to be seen. There's a slice of jelly covered bread stuck on the wall. Everything is incredibly sticky. Liam does his best to take this in stride. Liam: What did you make? Ember: MISTAKES! If you see the jar jelly, please tell them to come home. We miss them.

This one! :3 Gold outline rather than border would probably have been a better description but anywho - I failed miserably at pulling it or Mewtwo, but Neil got Mew and gave it to me, and I eventually got enough points for Mewtwo so I’m happy now 😊
Ugh, it would suck to finally get one and get dupes 😭 Glad you got new ones! 😊 Neil always has better luck than me when it comes to the TCG, but tbf I can’t complain too much since he gave me the Shiny Mew card, and the gold bordered Mew from Deluxe Ex, so I do still benefit from his good luck 😉 💕

She’s a doll so hollow plastic with fur on top (making her super light). Her head rotates and her tail has a wire in so it can be posed. My one critique is her paw pads should be further down her feet, but that aside she’s lovely 💕
