Mr2 with Sparco Sprint bucket seat installed on Bride rails

Fia approval expired in 2021, but it doesn't matter as long as I don't participate in actual competition

Reinstalled the Sparco seat back into the MR2 today.
Since wearing a helmet is mandatory on pretty much any Belgian track I decided this would be safer because my head is not being pushed forward because of the headrest.

Depends in wich way tho, like if I can't understand what they're saying I'm not even turning my head. Also in many cases it would be useless to go in dialog since most of the bigots left school prematurely and have many financial and (untreated) mental or male loneliness issues

Thanks Mark, my officials did recommended me to notify them the smallest issues. For me it's ok as long as they keep their opinions to themselves. I'm also sure one guy from another zone called me something in a r******t version of my dialect i didn't understand so that I just ignore

I hope, but i don't expect it to ever be a welcoming place because of the bigots with ultra small brain capacity, it'd be great if they'd just act normal to me. I sure hope it doesn't have to come to that but such things just don't just blow over by itself

I've mailed and notified this to my teamleaders. Luckily we have a dei program, however I'm a bit concerned in how far things must go until they'd actually do something

Yea I'm definitely trying my best to do that, I've also approached colleagues myself during my first 2 days being back.
Sadly there's also a ton of (far)right wing bigots, of wich at least 3 of them work in my zone. I'm sure Thursday of them were staring and laughing at me but I avoided eye contact

Went back to my factory job being openly trans since Thursday after being home for almost 6 months and don't know how to feel about it.

My one colleague i constantly work with is totally fine with it while other colleagues seem to be afraid to talk to me or maybe don't want to talk to me anymore

Ahh if it's a coolant line it should be more simple to replace. I've also been busy bleeding my old car's cooling system for the past 2 weeks and also fixing some minor leaks
