4) Then take that love and spread it. All the love you find in our beautiful world. This may require that you no longer listen to the ones who want to make others suffer. Don’t listen to them. Take care of their victims but don’t give in to fear hatred and despair

2) Heal your own traumas.
Take good care of yourself. Like you exercise your body, exercise you mind. Our brains are awesome. We are self healing, we just need to find the way. This is not at all easy work, but it’s necessary and rewarding. Take it from a trauma queen: It is possible

1) Don’t give in to fear.
At the moment fear is being spread around the world. A lot of war mongers around. Don’t listen. Fear leads to anger and suffering. We can do better. Humans always have.

Det tror jeg faktisk ikke, at de kan. Kvaliteten er ikke til det. Og med færre penge, får vi endnu mindre kvalitet. Jeg følger internationalt stof især og her har danske aviser ikke godt fat.
Vi har for mange medier at vælge i mellem og læser man mere end dansk, er der endnu flere om opmærksomheden
Enig med Naja, det er en generations ting. Ven og veninde i stedet for “kæreste” var almindeligt, da jeg var ung. Kan faktisk huske, da vi gik mere over til at bruge “kæreste” og ikke bare flamme, fyr, filejs, sheik dame eller det at “komme sammen” 😅
