Have you tried it? I've been hooked
@craptastrophe
I like fighting games but I went home to be a family man. He/him. I made the FGC Popular feed and it's pretty good. If you like the stuff I repost, I get it from there. Feed: https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:gi4pu6g5itmjtbbkzdvb2mwc/feed/aaablrlu5zqwe
Have you tried it? I've been hooked
Oooh
This is looking so much better, I can't wait to try it
#2XKO_Caitlyn #2XKO_Warwick iβm hitting the good combos now π«‘
I choose to believe he's quick with the jokes and not twitch chat spilling into real life, to preserve my own sanity
On a walk with my coworkers I was describing how memetic baseless video game criticism can be, talking about Marathon haters parachuting into every discussion to shit on it, and a guy walking passed us got in my face and said "Marathon is shit and Arc Raiders is a better game" and walked away 0_0
I've reported 2-3 stories in my career that have sucked the spirit out of my body and this was one of them. But! Seeing the response of the fgc to help their brother genuinely put it right back. Im humbled to have been trusted with this. Help your neighbors friends those in need are all around you.
With all the news and how it could affect smaller fighting game tournaments, it's important to support your locals.
Here's a starter pack of tournaments and TOs from around the world, if you know anyone who should be on here then let me know

The only upside is that like much of the financial attention paid to the FGC, I think this will be short lived and will ultimately be divested. Unfortunately, there will be massive fallout from the collapse itself
2XKO players: somebody out there needs to stop leaving their boy hanging out to dry
Dude was like "how am I supposed to win a jump in if he just mashes assist and no matter what I do he can punish or active tag" and I'm like "do you not also have an assist button" and he's like "I only play duos" and I'm like "damn I guess you don't have an assist button"
I'm surprised that it exists in this state, tbh. Like, clearly people are making it work, but I feel like there's a rule written in a textbook somewhere about this
I like it but I don't like that I feel like this would really help
And apparently it has better incorporated tutorial than any modern fighting game
If you like fighting games you might like this feed I made for them
Don't you know that the problems of a game are so obvious that the only reason devs don't "fix" them is because they're lazy and that their players?
I don't even necessarily agree but I like the way it's written so I think you should read it
They say Deadlock is free but it actually costs $63
They also said they're gonna nerf Yasuo and Ekko again, lol.
I remember when Yasuo came out for LoL and everyone thought he was terrible, but I thought he just needed time for people to get used to him. But they buffed him. Then they spent 10 years nerfing him. Guy is cursed in every game
Akali, Senna, and couch co-op duos incoming. Screen tearing fix on the way.
"We love that 2XKO is fast-paced, allowing your reactions and creativity to shine while providing a ton of depth to dig into. The skill ceiling of this game is high, and that's where it's gonna stay."
#2xko
Senna looks great, maybe a little rough around the edges but I think they may have announced her early because of an accidental leak.
#2xko #fgcpop
Akali and Senna are the next characters for 2XKO.
Akali looks better than ever, imo
π°TOPH BEIFONG GAMEPLAY TRAILER FOR AVATAR LEGENDS!
The game will be releasing in Summer 2026!
Avatar Legends' Toph reveal is selling it for me
Middle school
But joking aside I think you're right
But also, middle school
I'm not sure how long the generosity can last but there's gifted copies of a great fighting game on request from this kind soul
#fgcpop #guiltygear
But I'm glad they didn't
I dunno man a lot of people are hacks and jobbers. We act like that's a bad thing but it's how it goes. 100 years ago a mediocre musician could make a living in a house band but those days are over. They even had a strike over juke boxes. Now only the best get to create and then it's reproduced.
You can also see he was aware of the balance Discourse. This is a guy who doesn't play fighting games, at all. Sometimes I think we underestimate how much spectators consider the popular opinion on balance when deciding whether to pick up a game.
Every champ release is going to be so hype. These are characters that people get excited about, but they're pretty spoiled when it comes to roster. They're used to a lot of characters, and at this point to them the game still feels unfinished. Imagine if Deadlock or Rivals had 12 characters.
