EMDR saved my life. I’d been in CBT/DBT therapy for 8 years which helped but adding EMDR for a few months (alongside talk therapy) improved my situation 10x faster than talk alone. EMDRIA has a directory of trained specialists. It’s super rough at first bc you’re processing so much but worth it!!
I’ll take the local knock off version off the interstate to Topgolf in the LGD any day but both are going to be abandoned eye sores within 5 years (but TG construction still hasn’t started!!) 🫠
