Just a thought⦠it was a breakthrough for me when I learned that strong feelings are often not about what is happening now, but are emotional memories - we relive the pain we suffered in the past. The situation now just serves as a reminder, a trigger⦠you have to constantly observe your own mind :)
You know, there are 4 transitions: social, legal, medical and dealing with all the trauma⦠it is v. dangerous to think that successful 1, 2 & 3 will solve 4⦠people die like that. I almost did.
The only way is to slowly train how to spot and to switch out of ego states like the one youβre in. Cont.
