four-page one piece fancomic. page 1. panel 1: the strawhats walk through the woods, dressed as characters from the wizard of oz, with sanji as the tin man, usopp as the lion, nami as dorothy, zoro as a low effort version of the scarecrow, and chopper as toto. usopp moans, “oh, i hate this, i HATE this. i have really bad ‘can’t go into creepy, haunted forests’ disease!” nami stammers, “suck it up! the sooner we find luffy and traffy, the sooner we can meet the others back on the sunny!” chopper nervously says, “and sanji will make us fun halloween treats, right?” sanji replies, “of course! for you and the ladies“ before zoro cuts him off. panel 2: there is a crack and snap in the trees. zoro says, “cook! shut up! you hear that?” panel 3: a pair of huge, round eyes peer out. panel 4: usopp cowers behind zoro, shouting, “eye?! did you just see eyes?!” panel 5: usopp holds zoro’s hand out and says, as zoro, “stay back! i have three swords and a mighty army, and i’ll slice you to…”

page 2. panel 1: luffy’s giant gear 5 head, complete with bugging eyes and outstretched hands pop out from the trees with a boing. the straw hats scream in unison and all leap onto zoro’s back in terror. panel 2: sanji hugs nami protectively and says, “luffy, you moron! you scared nami!” gear 5 luffy cackles to himself on the ground, one hand over his face, and says, “you screamed too!” nami shouts, don’t use your devil fruit for stupid pranks!” chopper adds, “yeah! it’s really hard on your heart!” in the foreground, usopp’s soul leaks from his mouth as he whispers, “my life… is leaving me…” panel 3: a close-up of luffy’s eyes as he asks, “did i getcha, zoro?” panel 4: a close-up of zoro’s eyes. he doesn’t reply, and he looks like he’s appraising something that doesn’t quite sit right with him. panel 5: nami shakes her fist in warning, saying, “luffy, i’m gonna…” before she can finish her threat, luffy springs away into the trees saying, “ack! scary!” nami shouts, “get back here!”

page 3. panel 1: a large, feathery silhouette can be seen the trees behind them. it says, “i can’t believe how loud you straw hats are.” panel 2: law, dressed as corazon, pushes through the brush, saying, “we could hear you from the opposite side of the…” before he trails off. panel 3: the straw hats spin around to look at law and his companion. their eyes are round as they think, “traffy? and…” panel 4: their faces all shift into varying degrees of horror and tears at what they see. panel 5: law finishes, “…from the opposite side of the island…” before flatly asking, “what.” beside him is the source of their terror. luffy, dressed as shanks and NOT in his gear 5 form, stands there with his hands on his hips and genuine confusion on his face, indicating that whoever scared the straw hats in the woods was not in fact luffy.

page 4. a sketchy drawing of what is happening on the sunny. jimbei, dressed vaguely as a superhero, looks out a porthole and wonders aloud, “do you think we should check on them?” franky walks past in the foreground and replies, “nah! they got luffy! they’ll be fine!” robin clambers creepily on the ceiling with multiple arms and legs. she’s dressed as a demon and is carrying a skeleton decoration. said decoration is dangling before a vampire brook, who jump in fright and shrieks, “ahh! a skeleton!”
