Seeing 85kg on Jan 1 was a wake up. I had a year of illness last year - pericarditis, 2 chest infections, full on flu and strep throat. So decided to make the most of now feeling ok. So far so good - 5kg lost in 2025, would love to lose 5 more but realistically 2-3. 6am turbo sessions!
