None of what I just said belongs to any political party, race, gender, class status, level of ability, religious identity, immigration status, age, level of education... we should all have a deep desire to be lead by compassion and resolve, not further angered, particularly in times of tragedy.

I will always value people in positions of authority who offer compassion over anger... who elevate assurance over stoking fear... who lean on accountability over doling out blame... and who focus on the whole and not the self.
