The effect is pretty subtle, at least from Bluesky's wonderful compression in play on the image. I know it's subtle on the original too though, so it's pretty whatever on changing that or not.

I can't believe I have this one on hand, but this is a dead ringer for M42_FLIGHT 721. Particularly with some altered sizing. I'd have to figure out a better blending option for this one or, god forbid, double the pixelated text + resize it larger and under the first layer as a shadow.
