The only one I've messed with is Retopoflow. Its good and what I primarily use for retopo, but if you've the funds I'd just pull the trigger on topogun with how buggy retopoflow can be at random.

I had to cancel my zbrush subscription because I'm extraordinarily tight on money, and I forgot how much I hate hand modelling characters as opposed to sculpting and retopologizing, and I also forgot how fucking clunky sculpting in blender feels comparatively.
