Being self-employed, I've always been remote. It's really not hard. Do the work, do it well, do it on time, they carry on valuing you. No singing and dancing needed

I think he was persuaded to kill himself. Hence changing his will, writing that note saying he was taking the short route home, and the cameras being off. Plea deal - kill yourself and you don't have to do the trial and execution/life
