With all the AI, the system should be able to translate more human readable formats?

How do you manage to stay efficient at work? Asking around, we find many who struggle with periods where little gets done, which are luckily interchangeable with periods of high efficiency. But the low ones are difficult. What do you do about those if an efficient person like you has them?
