The fact that Farage is having a toddler tantrum like Trump would be funny if it wasnt so sad.
Ok, maybe it is a bit funny too...
Artwork for the 227th episode of TrekRanks featuring the "Top 5 Scotty Episodes." Images include the TrekRanks logo in the upper left corner and an image of Scotty crawling through a Jefferies Tube (top center). In the center, split on the left and the right, are two images of Scotty and Kirk from "The Doomsday Machine," the one on the left is Scotty pointing at a control he is jury-rigged for Kirk, and the one of the right is him with his arms in the air telling him "poof." (Classic, Scotty!) As always, to keep you guessing, remember that the episodes reflected in photos here include some choices that were featured in this episode of TrekRanks, some choices that were maybe mentioned in our "Secondary Systems" section of the show, and some choices that weren't mentioned at all.
NEW! We celebrate the miracle worker on a special TrekRanks. Itβs the βTop 5 Scotty Episodes,β one of Trek's most popular characters, portrayed across TOS, the Kelvin Timeline & SNW by James Doohan, Simon Pegg & Martin Quinn. The haggis is in the fire for sure!

Brilliant, I shall work on the assumption he is time displaced! Next conversation, 'how about that Berlin wall coming down eh boss? What a time to live in!'
My boss teams calls me this morning and my background is the Enterprise D bridge, which he commented on and said 'oh its even the new one!' To which i said 'its next gen, 1987 is pushing new a bit!' And he said 'is it? Are you sure?'
Has he even met me?
Am I sure? Ffs...
AI peaked with Clippy the paperclip. He had a genuine programmed desire to help. If he could see what his descendants became, what his legacy was twisted into...
Made an error last night... saw a reddit post where someone enjoyed the Sisko content in SFA and wondered if there may be more. So I engaged and said I loved it but doubted it would be an ongoing thing.
Whoops...
Saying I had dared to enjoy it bought out some angry, angry people!
I hadn't seen that, but of course they are! I thought it was well done for exploring the mindscape and how Betazoid intimacy might work and wasn't for titillation really.
Ok Ross wins the Internet today!
(OK, actually there were two things and the second was more casual chair sitting, just to see how many people lost their apples over it... get a grip guys!)
After the first episode of Starfleet Academy, there was one thing I wanted from the series. And that was more scenes where Paul Giamatti and Holly Hunter were in a room together and acted the apples out of a scene.
Thankyou latest episode! You delivered hard!
(@trekranks.com did a great Top 5 Sisko moments a while back, hes ahead of the trend and he had some amazing guests on that one!!)
Is anyone else noticing a large amount of articles and general media posts analysing Captain Sisko since that episode of Starfleet Academy came out?
I am here for it! Let's all talk more Sisko!
Oh god... i can't watch till later tonight and I'm still an emotional wreck from episode 5! Am I going to survive this?!
I have got myself up to date in Starfleet Academy in time for todays new episode, which ill watch tonight.
That means I watched episode 5 last night.
Yeah.
I was in BITS! What a beautiful episode π₯Ή
So I'm nearly caught up on Starfleet Academy and I'm really enjoying this show! Everyone has been telling me I'll love episode 5, but I watched 4 last night and that was amazing! I want to keep exploring where we are with the Klingons!
I've said it before and I will say it again... the soundtrack to Search for Spock is an underrated masterpiece!
Its taken a while but I've finally got round to starting Starfleet Academy.
I rather flipping like it! I particularly enjoy the way people sit in command chairs! π€£
I shall, all being well, get fully caught up this week!
This is true! Love a good Trek binge!
The same old 'problems' that have been trotted out for every Trek show since TNG was announced, dressed up in ridiculous complaints. So the Captain sits funny? Jeez...
I haven't watched Starfleet Academy yet. Not avoiding it, actually looking forward to it, just been extremely busy of late and want to give it due time and attention.
But all the complaints about it I am seeing... just make me want to see it more!
Youngest son has built himself a playlist on Spotify and Im a bit proud to see a number of @5yearmission.bsky.social songs are on there!
Of course now he needs to see the episodes...
Artwork for the 222nd episode of TrekRanks featuring the "Top 5 Duos." Images include the TrekRanks logo in the upper left corner and an image of Sisko and Jadzia from "In the Pale Moonlight" top center. Next to that is an image of young Nog and Jake Sisko dangling from their corner of the Promenade in "The Storyteller." IN the bottom left corner is an image of the Duras Sisters (from "Firstborn") and in the lower right corner is Tom Paris and Harry Kim from "Bride of Chaotica." Lots of great duos! As always, to keep you guessing, remember that the episodes reflected in photos here include some choices that were featured in this episode of TrekRanks, some choices that were maybe mentioned in our "Secondary Systems" section of the show, and some choices that weren't mentioned at all.

3 bottles of drink, labelled Equinos organic Kombucha
Turns out, not content with murdering Spirits of good fortune and stuffing them in the warp core for a speed boost, Ransom was also making them into a drink to sell when he got home! The villainy!!
Congrats π
I was going to highlight the Thirty Days scene but @captainrevo.bsky.social beat me to it! It is kind of glaring now you say it. Maybe they wanted to avoid more Salamander babies?
Hard agree!
This sort of stuff terrifies me that we are going to end up with a Trek series that's right wing, anti-woke bullshit.
As I recall he went off on a tangent about how great Dourif was in an awful horror sequel none of us realised he was in
