Looked it up; generally Oil Tankers aren't staffed by military personnel. They're Merchant Mariners-civilians. A tough job& can get dicy. BUT the Capt&crew aren't in the Navy. An experienced captain knows a full tanker is a floating bomb, and that he & crew didn't sign up for that nonsense.
