Haven't posted in a minute, so here's some #inanimateinsanity art I drew a while back, this time an illustration of a scene from the fic Close to Me.

For context, MePad and Toilet are resting in Test Tube's lab, and MePad, startled by a loud noise, inadvertently winds up strangling Toilet, haha.

A three-panel Inanimate Insanity comic featuring Toilet and MePad. In all three panels they are sitting somewhere at the edge of the contestant grounds underneath a tree. In the first panel, Toilet is nuzzling into MePad's right side, eyes shut, a distressed look on his face as tears run down his face. MePad is leaning against Toilet, his eyes shut, a sympathetic look on his face. In the second panel, an audio box labeled "Kittens Purring (2 hr loop)" shows up at the bottom of MePad's screen, with yellow lines off to MePad's side indicating that he is playing the sound. MePad's eyes are open as he looks down at Toilet, whose eyes are now wide in surprise, though tears are still running down his face. In the third panel, MePad continues to play the sound while his expression shifts to an embarrassed smile at Toilet, who returns the look with a shaky smile of his own, while still crying.
