Besides what else was mentioned about 1 bathroom and maybe being 2 functional bedrooms, look at the school ratings. Yikes. I lived in Columbia Heights and thought that was bad but the elementary for this house is rated 1/10.

NO IT'S NOT. From what I've read, like with other things, such as when I got my ID, they do not accept a marriage certificate or other document for a name change. Never mind the fact that many people don't have those docs/can't afford to get them.
