My least popular (and most correct) view is that cars should be automatically limited to the local speed limit. Put the pedal to the floor and you still can't go over 25mph in a residential area.

Yesterday I got to lay eyes on the one and only Codex Regius Poetic Edda.
This little book is by far the most valuable book in Iceland, and arguably for the whole of Northern Europe. It was written during the 1270s and it is the sole source of so much that we know about Norse Mythology.

Já mætti orða skýrar. En það er 100% þannig að ef atkvæði er ekki komið í hús fyrir lokun kjörstaða, þá er ekki hægt að bera saman við kjörskrá og setja ofan í kjörkassann. Stundum koma utankjörfundaratkvæði með sendlum hlaupandi rétt fyrir lokun og þau eru tekin með í talninguna.
Ég held að engin atkvæði sem berast eftir lokun kjörstaða séu talin með. Utankjörfundaratkvæðin eru sett ofan í kjörkassana þegar kjörfundi er lokið, eftir að athugað hefur verið hvort viðkomandi hafi nokkuð komið að kjósa á kjördegi.
