As a member of the University of Utah's Psychedelics and Mental Health Praxis Lab I'm excited to tell you about our community art project.
This semester, we're organizing free art workshops in Salt Lake City to help destigmatize psychedelics.

This is a huge victory for Liam, but there are so many other children suffering in the Dilley concentration camp.

I'm at the University of Utah and our turd of a president has no plan to protect students from ICE, nor does he seem all that interested in making one.
I joined a club of student activists about a week ago. Our main focus at the moment is making the U of U a sanctuary campus.
Organizations, groups, and even individuals can host their own strike card. This can be hosted on a partner's website or a separate link can be created. With this, partner organizations maintain and store all strike card information, and the national General Strike movement does not have access to it. The only information we receive is the number of commitments from your strike card. More information can be found here. I know a lot of people would rather ICE be abolished entirely (myself included), but these are very, very good steps.
I was forced to outgrow my delusions about the goodness of humanity. At age ten.
I know I am likely going to outlast this man and one day he will fade into a distant memory.
But Jesus Christ.
I will never forgive the people who made this possible.
I watched my grandparents dive headfirst into the cult of MAGA. I heard my cousins spout conspiracy theories about the Clintons. I can't hardly look at them anymore.
I watched the monster lie about a plague that killed millions while my aunts and uncles fell down the anti-vax pipeline.
This man ruined my childhood. I'm so serious.
I was ten years old in 2016. The first time I heard Trump speak I had never heard of a Democrat or a Republican. I stumbled onto a YouTube video. I listened to him speak and thought, "That man is a jerk."
Look at that darling hat. That confused little face. The way he's all bundled up in preparation for a cold day.
Someone loves this kid so much.
How devoid of humanity do you have to be to arrest that?
Turns put the organizers were part of a student org. I hadn't even heard of: Mecha de U of U.
I joined today. Easiest decision of my life.
I can't wait to organize.
I wasn't sure anyone else at my school even knew about today's walkout.
Luckily, I stumbled into a happy little assembly outside the student union. There were roughly sixth of us, by my estimate. We marched to the University president's office to demand that our school become a sanctuary campus.
