Louven Howe, North York Moors, Fylingdales. Disturbed Bronze Age barrow and modern boundary stone. Delisted from Heritage list but still cared for by Forestry England. Not bulldozed to create a fire break last year. Archaeological remains are being recorded and assessed.

Just back from a fantastic week birding in Norfolk. 120 Species inc Snow Goose in Lincs on Route, Black Winged Kite, Eastern Black Redstart, Black Bellied Dipper, Cranes, Iceland and Caspian Gulls, Bean Geese, Hen Harriers, Firecrest, Water Rail, Long Tailed Duck, Short Eared Owl, Red Necked Grebe.
