Another job for the boys, wonder why none of you so called journalists ask about the rampant cronyism in the off field staff

What players has he extracted from and improved? He turned joelinton into a battering ram and Murphy can put a cross in. What other players has he turned around that didn't have this ability already in them?

Liam Delap and Solanke are two awful strikers, one cannot get himself from the treatment table also.

Typically we're linked with them.

Lewis Miley injury, same as Osula, Botman, Wilson etc. I've a feeling this medical team from Bournemouth just might not have a clue what they're doing.

Given chance to improve? Howe's major draw at #AFCB was overly loyal to players who helped him get to where he got. The same is happening at #NUFC Longstaff, Murphy, Pope, Wilson etc. Waits far too long to move them on whilst heavily featuring. Top coaches know you cant be sentimental

It is a line getting trotted out, dwelling on it. And 5 years time the same ppl will still trot this line out, as if they don't want to move on, win more. It's overloyalty and this season and back end of last exposed frailties in his coaching.

13.03.2026 10:15 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 1 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

And this line will be trotted out until he isn't, it's simply called small time.

Run into the ground like most performances but some will still get behind the architect. Could be onto something here especially when it's opposed daily

Said all along a very good coach would've solved this problem one way or anotherπŸ™…β€β™€οΈ

Maybe because it's a point that should be addressedπŸ™…β€β™€οΈdo you not disagree on this?

Β£125m on two strikers, one established another an up'n'coming. One he can't even get a tune out of, the other he doesn't want to get a tune out of.

Frightening for someone lauded as a top coach.

I love how next season's excuses are getting an airing now in the NUFC excuse game.
"World cup means we haven't had a proper preseason"
And
"We don't get enough on the training ground".
At least we can finally start to retire "remember where we were"

Which is another disastrous decision. The best finisher at the club, record signing deployed as an 8. It leaves you wondering....

I'll never understand Newcastle United fans from the local area who support the London based England national team. Newcastle United are my national team. Always will be. The north east is treated appallingly by London and Londoners.

That's why he needs a stronger manager to tell him and demand of him when not to do stupid things.

Watched back the match no wonder Joelinton wanted to rip Anthony Gordons head off. Another player who thinks he can beat everyone when a simple pass to Ramsey was on. Athletes and individuals are everything that's holding us back.

Bar the first one none of these make a great team.

11.03.2026 09:49 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

That in itself is a frightening statement given the outlay. On the other hand many would argue its down to the coach to make it work, more so when he bought the players. Buying players that don't fit your style is extremely nieve and should be talked about alot more.

11.03.2026 09:14 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

The team is still playing for Howe when it's a big game, other times it's half arsed. I'd say they're playing for their own futures.

11.03.2026 08:41 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

All it says about Osula is he should never be starting games for Newcastle. Like a daft dog chasing a ball in the park, no technical ability, no brain. If we want to be a big club we buy players to match it.

11.03.2026 08:39 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Maybe if thugs in your fanbase never existed we wouldn't be having this conversation?

If he slows the game down it should be down to the coach to have legs around him.

Just said same myself

10.03.2026 23:36 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

He scored but otherwise I’d say he was one of our worst players personally

10.03.2026 23:07 πŸ‘ 3 πŸ” 1 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

I'd rather Woltemade start, technical over big daft lads who run around all day for me. But Howe like players who can just run.

He did nothing all game, Elanga was decent tonight tbf.

10.03.2026 22:50 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

Just a big duck egg who can't even control his own feet. Shameful on the club when this is all we have tbh.

10.03.2026 22:49 πŸ‘ 3 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Hall, Joelinton where outstanding. Barnes was pretty poor tbh.

10.03.2026 22:47 πŸ‘ 2 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

Absolutely gobsmacked Barnes got MOTM bar his goal he was poor.
