Very interesting talks and posters and nice people, I couldn’t be more excited to get back to working on this topic to study biological processes.
Earlier this week, @lmrocha.bsky.social , Chair of CBeRa, was an invited speaker at the @netbiomed2025.bsky.social Satellite of @netsciconf.bsky.social in Maastricht.
He spoke about making digital twins more interpretable, a key move for biomedical AI! Great chance to show CBeRa to the community

After coffee break we had Rebekka Burkholz discussing current challenges when modelling gene regulation and how to fix them. Her approach is innovative and allows us to infer biological processes with both scalability and interpretability.
