I tried out the Toei brush by @gusceps.bsky.social and it's fantastic but honestly, the Kishimoto brush is my jam
Bought some neat brushes from @gusceps.bsky.social gumroad! Very fun to play around with that dragonball style. Highly recommend, they're so good!

I made this account to save my username, but also I may as well make my first post one that debuts me Version 2.0 of my reference sheet! I didn’t get into much shading, I’ll be working on that since my idea is that the horn is meant to be more Emerald like. But I like where we are headed!

I tried really hard to draw this on a really tight deadline of only 3-4 days before going to a convention to get it autographed, along side doing a comm at the same time. There was no way I was going to be able to color it. 🫠

It took longer than expected since my brain forgot how to draw sleeves but i can happily say that @gusceps.bsky.social's Toriyama styled watercolour brush was good fun to use and i got a good Callio drawing out of it!

I usually loathe lineart but this brush genuinely does make it a lot more fun.
Really wanted to test this brush out so I tried it on some panels from @seedofmight.bsky.social's release of the manga. I wasn't trying to emulate Toriyama's coloring style exactly, just seeing how I liked the brush and I think it's really good! Can't wait to use it on some actual drawings

Had a go with @gusceps.bsky.social's Toriyama brushes and they work great! Love the look of them with my style.
If you've ever been interested in trying to replicate Toriyama's style, I'd recommend getting both this and the lineart brush Gus has made.
