But Hunter Biden.
But Hunter Biden.
Dear NPR fund drive everyone,
Please stop comparing your donation to the cup of coffee you buy every day. A lot of those coffees are from places like Hawthorne or Likewise. They need the business, too, so just stop making it us or them. Also, all radio is free (not streaming.) Local radio is free.
It's a waste of money on flights and an environmental nightmare.
This is the stupidest story NPR has ever done ... Just taking random flights to talk about lines at airports. The lede is buried in it: TSA works can't feed their families, fill gas tanks, pay rent ... not the long lines.

Tonight, Chicka won't "bust in" and climb in my bed and snuggle up to me. I will forever miss her sweet face. And that's the best and worst part, the love and loss. Chicka, my pretty little girl.
It sure is.
We love them so much, so it hurts like he'll
Thank you.
Thank you.
This morning, I experienced wonder. This morning, I also experienced grief. Goodbye, Chicka. You were the most precious, most bestest, most prettiest little girl. Love you so much.
God, I love biking! This morning, a bald eagle flew over my head. Wonder is a powerful thing. Powerful and necessary. And much needed by yours truly.
I don't know if it reminds me of being young, but it does remind me of being free, free to feel the wind on my face and through my hair, free to feel my body, free to know my mind, to clear it, free to decompress, free to ready myself.
My dad, too. Fairly nice check. They didn't save well, but the pension made living possible. He died last year at 94, retired at 64.
Same with my grandpa, born in 1907. Died in 2006.
Both of my parents had to work,so that part is junk, but the pension thing is important. Both my dad and grandfather were able to live pretty well off their pensions.
Pretty darn wonderful in Milwaukee, too.
They are going to have to build separate bike infrastructure for between Howard and Packard where they are building an enormous amount of apartments. By the way, they worked so quickly to get the road open while the trail is torn up and closed. Priorities.
This may be a controversial opinion, but we, and by 'we' I mean Parks, should focus on maintaining (including repairing) the trails we have instead of focusing on building trail extensions (which will also fall to deferred maintenance).
Replacing one shitty secretary with another.
He's an absolute embarrassment. I still can't believe he beat Russ Feingold. We traded smart and principled for sycophantic idiocy and conspiracy theories. I did not vote for him. I'm ashamed my fellow citizens did.
Trying overnight oats for the first time ever. Highly recommend. Absolutely delicious.
The excess saliva production is a symptom of frontal lobe dementia. It's why many people aspirate food, saliva into their lungs, get pneumonia and consequently expire. It's sad. I wouldn't wish dementia on anyone. But he also should not be allowed to continue to serve as President.
Ron Johnson is an embarrassment to the state of Wisconsin.

Saw my first American Robin today. Spring is right around the corner, y'all.
The bike lane on Howell, south of College, and the wide shoulder and No Parking on Rawson are superior for riding than the nonsense they put in on Whitnall or Morgan, any paint-only bike lane, the "protected" bike lane on Howard, or the Michigan or Lincoln lanes. Space to avoid debris. Space. Room.
A semi trailer close passed me into front of a cop who did what? You guessed it - nothing.
Perhaps they should have set up evacuations for Americans about abroad in the Middle East or had planning in place for evacuations before bombing Iran.
It's a fairly astonishing process for something that happens naturally to all living things.
Is that the reason? My sis and I thought it had something to do with her belief in climate change. Who did this?
They'll post to their podcast later. Kristen Brey is talking to her brother, Ben, who is stuck in UAE. He's recounting watching a hotel get drone bombed and trying to talk to the people who are supposed to help, namely the U.S. Embassy; they weren't there and not helpful. Worth a listen. 620 WTMJ.
