Make a new account in Gmail or Hotmail. Send mail. Delete the account when done. It's only traceable with a court order. If we go that far then you probably shouldn't be on social media at all. It's not illegal to send email. Happens all the time. Just asking the above question is traceable.
Turns out that hr@opm.gov - the email that government employees are being required to send their list of weekly accomplishments to is an open email anyone can send a list to. Just saying .... #resist

Today you can help a government worker Musk sent an email to every government worker telling them they had to justify their job by sending an email with 5 things they "accomplished this week ". Turns out though that is an open email address. Anyone can email it. Please do. HR@opm.gov let them know.
