It looks like they are creating a tiny galaxy between their hands.

This one is called "Macrocybe Titan." A watercolor painting of a fat tan mushroom person standing in the Florida everglades. This one is based on Macrocybe Titan, the largest mushroom in North America. There are animals native to Florida around it. A raccoon pats its smooth brown mushroom cap head with his hands while a gray fox naps in a tree nearby. There is a panther lurking in the distance. There is an atlas moth on the mushroom person's left arm and they seem happy the moth is there, their eyes have a happy expression. There is a bobcat rubbing against their leg and a mole at their feet. A Florida scrub jay is on their head.
