Young people who’ve taken part in the group and our counselling support tell us they’ve learned how to stay safe, enjoyed connecting with others in their community, and felt empowered to be whoever they want to be.

Our Wellbeing Hour service offers exactly that — a calm, welcoming space where young people can come together, explore their feelings, try new activities, and build confidence at their own pace.

At Barca‑Leeds, we see every day how powerful it is when young people have a space where they feel safe, supported and able to be themselves.
