I love when Harrison goes out of his way to inspire comments. :)
A common Stu Lantz lament.
Your message is more important than spelling or grammar.
While I absolutely appreciate the posts from men celebrating International Women's Day, the best way you can celebrate us is by speaking up against those that would take away our rights away and actively push back against misogyny when you see it, hear it, speak it, or think it. Thank you.
It sucks how dumb people often vote for names they recognize (and in some cases idolize) and fail to dig into what that person stands for (exhibit A: Tommy Tuberville).
Kyle don't give up because of hurt. It can be a miserable slog (like our current Halos) or a gut punch of a tragic loss (like '86), but the hurt is part of loving a team. It makes the magic of winning so much sweeter, because you fought through the hurt. Cherish the fun of winning with these Ducks.
How do you stay hydrated? Or is it a volume type concept where eventually a couple drops reach your mouth?
This feels like when a movie isn't shown to critics before its release date, because they know the reviews will be awful.
If you are into the Olympics, Rodger has the greatest daily summation you could ever ask for. If you want to get into the Olympics, Rodger will have you fired up for every sport. And if you're a fan of great sports writing, Rodger's newsletters are easily the most entertaining and engaging.
Oh Court, I am hoping this works for you. We all need your Warrior mentality on here.
Oof. This is a horrible idea. I get the concept, as we don't seem to have a ton of OF options (who can hit), but Trout's bat needs to stay in the lineup for the vast majority of the season. And playing in CF seems like he is gonna get hurt and only play like 40 games. And his D is gonna be subpar.
I'm sorry Court, but brava to you for getting it done.
Okay, but, and hear me out here, what about, as an alternative, some crack?
You posted this at the end of last season:
Most home runs by a primary shortstop in 2025:
Willy Adames, 28
Francisco Lindor, 26
Zach Neto, 26
Trevor Story, 24
Dansby Swanson, 22
Ages: Adames is 30; Lindor is 31; Story is 32; and Swanson is 31.
Neto is a baby at 24. Sign him longterm and build.
PECOTA has us at 66 wins. I mean at least give us 67 so the kids can have fun with it.
I think the teacher was testing you more than she was testing the kids.
I feel like J asks for you to beat him down about this on the reg. He secretly (or not so secretly) loves it. Go get him girl.
Very bad ass poster.
Noooooo. I am so sorry. I hope you feel better soon.
Yes, but we missed you a lot. And we are all glad you are out of the hospital. And you're back just in time for Pitchers and Catchers reporting.
The Mancini signing is interesting in light of the Brady Anderson article today in the Athletic. Brady has a really tight mentorship with Mancini. Great article about Brady and gives me hope that he can work wonders with our kids.
Oh wow. I was so worried he was going to be on the other side of this issue, but very glad to have my worries proven wrong. Awesome of Kole to stand up like this.
Do we have any updates on the new flight taking off?
I don't know. Kermit always looks like that when he's introducing the Muppet Show.
Mine is just hope that Arte sells the team.
