This is absolutely dire, he deserves the end of the season, but no more. There are no discernable tactics, the players look lost, we live on scraps or McGoldrick brilliance

He definitely needs an experienced head with him, especially now the Saunders brothers aren't there. And I'm not he's got that right now

Personally I'd get rid, but you can't sack a manager who's 2 points off the automatics. We need someone in the summer who has a Plan B

Neither the team or manager are good enough to be promoted
The recruitment team need to be evaluated
Chesterfield probably deserved that over the last few games we've played against each other

McGoldrick is a big miss for sure, but his replacements need to know what they're doing, and I'm not sure they do

I'm not disagreeing with the results, that's a hell of a run, but the performances in too many games have not been good enough. Hopefully when we get McGoldrick and Jones back, that improves

We have, but if we want to be serious about promotion, the home performances have to be better, in my opinion
