I don’t watch much TV, but the husband keeps it on in the background after work so I catch commercials occasionally. The political campaign ads I have seen already from Florida Republicans are the most disgusting racist garbage I have ever seen. Makes me sick. 🤢

I never took any hormone replacement therapy. It was never suggested to me. I felt like total shit from about 2016-2020 with perimenopause symptoms. No1Currrrrs. Now that I am a dried up old prune 6 yrs post menopause, the symptoms are not as bad. Seems like HRT is de rigueur now.

Headed to the gym for my “initial assessment” with a personal trainer (the freebie they give you when you sign up). First time at the new gym after 5 months of physical therapy after breaking my femur and hip in October. Wish me luck. 🍀 ☀️

I have given it up. I broke my femur and hip in October and haven’t shaved my legs since. I am really loving it. I can’t believe I have been shaving my legs for 40+ years. I don’t even have much leg hair! But who knew? It’s a whole new world.

There is something about losing cousins who you were childhood playmates with…it really hits hard. My mom was one of 10 kids and I have 34 first cousins. I lost my cousin Candy a couple years ago. I guess this is what getting old is.
