A good title can be tricky, once you’ve got one it’s practically a crime to let it go to waste!

I’m a cat-mom of three, a reader (my TBR piles are threatening to take over my house!) a trying to be writer (fantasy), cross stitcher, and wife. Aging but not really maturing- just reached a milestone, and this side of 50’is looking pretty good so far.

She is pretty amazing. 😀 I do love learning about the less ‘flashy’ parts of history.
Got a surprise package from my sister- very excited to check this out! #booksky
I think you should.
My kittykids. Evelyn (youngest), Dafydd (old man) and wee Alice (middle child)
I kind of like the Emily books a bit more. Though I adored Anne, and not just because she spells her name properly.
Both are a good call. I find myself re-reading the Harper Hall trilogy (well, the first two) when I want some comfort.
Valdemar has been a favorite haunt since the 90s (I’m old). 😀
I second this one. 😀
Continuing the LM Montgomery theme- Emily of New Moon has been a favorite of mine for years.
Definitely finishing Elantris first, then moving on. Thank you for the info!
Fantastic, thank you!
None of us really know what we’re doing when we start off. 😀
Agreed, this book was fascinating on many levels. I insisted my sister read it.
I want to get into the Mistborn series- any suggestions on where to start? I don’t think it’s part of it- but I am reading Sanderson’s Elantris, and I’m really enjoying the world building and characters.
Yes!! The dolphins are fantastic and horrible! 😂
I would like to be included.
Hello #booksky !
Currently reading The Haunting of Hecate Cavendish - Paula Brackston. Enjoying it so far, fun main character and an old library, what’s not to love?
Just finished Starter Villain by John Scalzi, and The Crescent Moon Tearoom by Stacy Sivinski.
Loved that series when I was a teen, and re-read it pretty often. That and her Wild Magic quartet.
How are you liking it? I’m about 1/3 through, but it’s one of a few I’m reading… haven’t picked it up in a bit.
Same. 🤪😂
I just finished Starter Villain- really enjoyed it, and found myself laughing out loud. And I’m looking at my cats more carefully now….
Beautiful kitties!
Hello! I also love all things books, and I have three cats. Plus I do enjoy a good cup of coffee.
Cat tax: my Evelyn Primrose.
My first post- should make it a good one. Here is me- freshly turned 50. Looks pretty good on me I think.
Is a collection complete without them? (Love those books!)
