It's good to get away from those kinds of situations for a while and go somewhere quiet. I do that all the time to preserve my mental energy and avoid being iver stimulated
For those, like me, with ADHD and/or autism and have auditory sensory issues, noise canceling headphones are amazing. Hearing nearly all the background noise can be useful at times, but it can be draining, especially if its many sounds or conversations at once and with specific sound frequencies
It's ok to have bad days and tiring days and confusing days. What's important is acknowledging your feelings and emotions and realizing you feel them for a reason. Just take some time for yourselves and relax. All of our answers will come to us sooner or later, and I think I've found some of mine ^^
Why I do things in specific ways, hating slimy textures, getting meltdowns from last minute changes or demands, or getting tired from even a small event. Go figure. But I'm glad I'm able to figure things out and have friends and family that are there for me, and non of you are alone either.
Been tiring the past few months of relearning about myself. Something I've known, but never knew what defines me as such. I talking about autism and ADHD (AuDHD). Finally, things have been making sense throughout my life. There's challenges, but I'm unique. It's no wonder that I have these quirks.

Some game trivia of the night. The eight robot masters' names in the North American localization of Mega Man X 5 are references to the band Guns N' Roses. Capcom and the Japanese names had nothing to do with the homage, but translator Alyson Court changed the names for her then husband.

To think seeing a bored businessman on a train ride helped sparked the idea for Gunpei Yokoi to create the Game Boy. Without that, we may never had Nintendo consoles from the past 30 years. I mean, one even survived an explosion of a bombing raid during the Gulf War, and is on display in NYC today.

Now for a quick gaming trivia. The sounds of the Chuchu enemies in The Wind Waker are of two Japanese men arguing with each other, but reversed and sped up. Midna's speach in Twilight Princess is also reversed and voiced by a Japanese actress, but the lines are actually english.
Drawing with ADHD and Autism has its perks, but can be difficult at times. So, here's a sort of makeshift, ADHD friendly drawing area to stand and draw to focus more, with my new 3-D clock puzzle. Studies show that those with ADHD improve more with standing desks, and it's working. ^^
