The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services finalized the 2025 Marketplace Integrity Rule, making it harder to access affordable, comprehensive health coverage.
Up to 1.8 million people could lose coverage as a result, including cancer patients, survivors & those at risk of developing the disease.
Tens of thousands of @acscan.bsky.social advocates urged the House Energy & Commerce Committee to reconsider Medicaid cuts that impact millions of patients. Despite this, lawmakers who voted for these cuts chose to support the loss of health coverage for those with no other affordable options.
