Necklace molds! Not sure which size I’m gonna like better so did one of each.

Calcifer is in his mold cube, the door dial is primed, and my dangle-y bits are sparkling~ 💖

To mimic Howl’s bizarro collection of Knick-knacks hanging from his ceiling, I grabbed a bunch of random beads from my stash, and I’m going to make little drop chains off of the capelet brooches!

They replied but with an indefinite “We don’t know when”

Got my earrings and pendant ready for molding! (And then promptly realized my Oomoo Part A had fully solidified, guess this is a tomorrow problem 😅)

Work smarter not harder: I'm getting so much mileage out of this little feather capelet, LOL. I made it for GloMas Malleus (TWST) that I'm nowhere close to finishing, but I've used it for Cardan Greenbriar already, and now we'll go again for Howl!

I love the diamond jackets, but I've seen SO many of my friends do such a stellar job on that fancy style of them that I feel no need. I want the interpretation challenge!!

The most 5-min photoshop mockup to as a test to make sure I don't hate it (I love it)

Design plan: Rugby shirt (because again, Howl canonically plays rugby lol) with some subtle details that reference the book. Re-using my feather capelet from Cardan + sparkly broaches/dangles to mimic his room. Pants with BIG FLARE to mimic the late 70s - early 80s wide legs.

I've somehow never cosplayed Howl?? Unacceptable.

As much as I love the movie version, I want to do something a little different -- Howl canonically plays rugby and is from 1980s Wales, so we're working from that as our inspiration! 🪄

I also usually go to Unplugged and often run this there too, if you’ll make it!
