I actually might just look around myself and see what plugins have to offer! I thought of a “typing to attack” battle system for a one-off battle, but it looks a bit complex so I might just settle on shopping for what exists lol

I’m excited to announce that due to popular demand, we will release the full animatic of Flow aka Float aka the Crazy Frog Edition. Instead of using storyboards, all the scenes are designed directly in 3D. Everything was made in Blender and rendered in EEVEE.
It's kind of hard to elaborate on my game without spoiling it, but it is a turn based RPG but with a variety of what turn-based attacks look like (like typing out an attack or scrambling where certain interaction buttons are) so that's where my RPG maker concerns come in lol
I'm between RPG Maker & GameMaker for my first solo project. I feel like RPG Maker games have a dedicated fanbase and a solid genre designed by the platform, and I really like the community. However, I feel like GameMaker might be easier to do what I want to do in. Does anyone have advice?
