Morning all, frosty start to the day. This is the quilt I'm working on for my friend's wedding present, picture taken before the boarder was added. Now just to quilt.
Today going to start off broad beans and peas in pots ready to plant out later this month.

The day they announced their engagement, my quilt mag arrived with a sheep quilt on the front.
My friend breeds and shows sheep, it just seemed the ideal present for her and her future hubby, who is also a farmer. So yes fingers crossed for a productive day

Morning all, going to be taking it easy over the next few days after my trip to A&E with chest pains due to pulled chest muscles. So no more painting for me for a while, going to spend some time in my sewing room finishing off a quilt for a friend's wedding present

Been discharged, muscular pain. I'm very left handed and we've been doing loads of painting so pulled the muscles in my chest and shoulder. So all OK, but good to get checked out

Morning all, final coat of emulsion on walls and ceiling for the stairs today. Then onto the hall, it's been a mammoth task painting the stairs and hall, but it will be worth it in the end. Once all this is finished I can concentrate on the allotment.

If the weather was as good as ours, you picked a good day for the allotment. I spent the day tidying the garden at home. Was good to be out and about

My dad used to call textured wallpaper and woodchip, "donkey sick" dont know why, but it seemed apt.
Think we all, at some point, had a home that the previous owners covered the walls in the stuff, then painted over it with gloss paint.

Morning all, going to make most of the fine weather, so while OH preps the walls on the stairs ready to paint tomorrow, I'm going to spend some time in the garden weeding and having a bit of a tidy up
