#OnThisDay Mar 11 1893: Wanda Gág is born in New Ulm, Minnesota. After graduating from the Minneapolis School of Art, she writes the classic "Millions of Cats" in 1928, the prototype for all modern children's literature. Today it remains the oldest American picture book still in print.
