I have absolutely no doubt that come the midterms the GOP in Texas is going to do every single thing it can to suppress votes, including causing as much confusion as possible on Election Day. The GOP cannot afford to lose the midterms in Texas so be prepared for all kinds of shenanigans.

Very disappointing, though ultimately unsurprising, to see the DOJ surrender in the middle of the Ticketmaster-LiveNation case after political pressure from the top. Hopefully the states will continue to push to break up a monopoly that should have never been allowed to exist in the first place.

This administration is committing Watergate level crimes multiple times per week—and those are the ones we know about. It’s crazy to think about what else will come out after.
