I'm not meaning to dodge obligations or be antisocial. But I do have a reoccurring problem with avoiding or putting off stuff I feel I will fail at. Emphasis on 'feel' despite facts and people's belief in me to contrary. I wish my brain could just stop with the anxiety.
100% mentally broke in the last week or a bit further back, but I have every intention of working my way back up to a healthy and regulating status quo. It's very very hard to break my coping habit of ghosting everyone when I'm feeling bad /gen
