I've read a lot of books this year; novels, story collections, anthologies and so on, but what I've really enjoyed is finding publishers which have led me to new authors that I've been able to explore, such as @nightjarpress.bsky.social, @blackshuckbooks.bsky.social and @remainsmagazine.bsky.social

Really enjoyed this Nightjar piece “Signals” by Amanda Huggins @troutiemcfish.bsky.social . A new neighbor moves in next door. Very quiet and sinister. I don’t know why, but I always love this use of the mundane and the banal to infer an absolute darkness. @nightjarpress.bsky.social
