for context, antheas is the lead developer of Handheld Daemon, a fundamental part of Bazzite's handheld support

he's also extremely rude to both Bazzite devs and devs outside of it, including Bluefin, Aurora and Universal Blue developers

he has also used transphobic slurs casually in conversation

due to the thinly veiled bigotry and generally rude behavior of antheas, alongside the complete lack of a statement about Framework building a Nazi bar, I'll be leaving the Bazzite team for the forseeable future

they're still allowed to use my work, but I won't make anything new for them

i think it's useful to look at areas where the *tech* has gotten much better while tech *interactions* have gotten way worse. streaming has gotten worse, google search has gotten worse, digital cameras are leaps better. apple's silicone is so good it's threatening their user upgrade cycle

once the mockup is fully completed, i'll open source every design file on github, and anybody who wants to make it into a real project can ask for permission and do it

because the project is still in a very early state, i am not accepting any donations
